"The Purple Butterflies"

The 3’s class is a big year of transition. The classroom is similarly organized as the Two's in warm, stimulating centers that offer children the opportunity to choose their area of interest. This year thematic units of academic study are introduced including a weekly letter unit and seasonal/ Jewish holiday centered units. We encourage learning through play and the majority of the day is spent in center play specifically designed to support targeted learning goals.
